ACM Publication Article Processing Charge (APC)

The conference provides the option to publish papers in ACM proceedings. The APC fees for 2026 (subsidized temporary rates) are as follows. Final 2026 prices will be based on ACM's latest pricing. For more details, please refer to ACM Author Site.

Registration Type

¹Regular: Submitting full paper to publish in conference proceeding and present your research on the conference.

²Student: Providing a valid certificate from their departments(only for the first author).

³Committee: Listed on the committee list of EAIT 2026(only for the first author).

⁴APISE/IEEE Member: Providing a valid member ID or proof.

⁵Full Conference Listener(s): Full Conference Listener: Attend the conference only, without submission or publication. Includes access to all conference sessions throughout the entire event duration, including keynote speeches, technical sessions, and other scheduled activities.

⁶One-Day Conference Listener(s): Attend the conference only, without submission or publication. Includes access only to the sessions held on September 17, covering the keynote and main conference sessions of that day.

Important Notes

1) Registration of paper must be done by one of author(s) of paper. Presentation of paper must be done by one of author(s) of the paper.

2) The retrieval information of publications listed above only reflects the current situation, if there are any changes, the organizer doesn’t assume any responsibility. The conference organizer cannot guarantee entries are included in any particular databases.

3) Your registration will be confirmed when the payment of the registration fee is received by the Organizers.

4) The conference organizer is not responsible for any accommodation process. You can seek your hotel on your own.

5) Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the listener.

Cancellation Policy

1. Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference specialist via e-mail.
2. Registration cancellations are made prior to Aug. 16, 2026, 70% of the registration fee will be returned.
3. There are no refunds on conference registrations, social events and tours for cancellations after Aug. 16, 2026 (include Aug. 16, 2026).
4. Personal Reason: The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference or paper withdrawn is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”.
5. Any changes of retrieval can not be the reasons for refunding.
6. Force Majeure：The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid, include natural disasters, war, terrorist activity, epidemic, etc. and all similar situations beyond our control.
7. Conference Date, Place and Form Statement: The organizer reserves the right to change the date, place and form of the conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure” circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
